We have a factory in Teochew Province China. All our tea sets are of high quality and well inspected before we send to our customers. Large quantity orders of 500 to 600 sets can be fufilled in a reasonable lead time. In the event of any breakages during transportation and delivery, notify us within 3 days of delivery receipt by emailing us a photo of the broken pieces then keep the broken pieces in exchange for our replacement (collected upon replacement delivery) and we will arrange for the replacement as soon as possible delivered right to your door step on an appointed time without any charges.
