We also constantly focus on identifying innovative IT products to enhance and expand our range of products.

Till date, we are the Authorized Dsitributor for 3 major brands from Taiwan namley PNY Technologies, Enerpad, Divas Audio & Silicon Power. This allows the endless bundling possibilities of different products to cater to customers’ varied needs.

With an experienced management team with years of combined experience in the IT industry, we are able to identify and establish strong relationships with vendors who have a track record of developing innovative products.

We distribute products through three channels, namely, onliners particularly the online retailers, resellers such as retailers and chain stores and directly to corporate resellers and system integrators. To complement distribution services, we provide after sales support services and offer out-of-box replacement warranty to customers. We have our own service centre with in-house technicians to handle all the hardware, technical problems as well as onsite repairing for certain products. By going the extra mile to serve customers, we have established our name as a “reliable and trustworthy” partner.

Today, we are based in Singapore and have regional offices in Malaysia.

- All PNY Powerbanks is covered with a 1 year one-to-one exchange policy from manufacturing defects & Dead on Arrival (DOA).

- All Silicon Power Portable Hard Disk are covered by 3-years International Warranty.

- All Silicon Power Memory Cards & USB Flash Drives is covered with Lifetime Warranty.

- All other Silicon Power products otherwise mentioned is covered with 1-year International Warranty.
- For Silicon Power products, all Exchange can be directly done by walking-in to SP Servcie Center at the below address

- We reserve the rights to reject any products that is found to be tampered or damaged by the user.

- Only products purchased from us or our local reseller will be covered with warranty. Please retain your purchase invoice as proof of purchase.

- NOTE: All products purchased from other international shopping cart will have its local warranty void. We will not be held responsible for the exchange policy as we treat this products as Parallel Imported.
