Straight Blade - 1/8 inch (3 millimeters)

The perfect blade for making long ribbon cuts and accordions.Use this blade to make simple 'c cuts' by making a thin cut intoone side of your food item, almost to the center. Mount the fooditem and spiralize. The thin cut creates a stopping point andperfect 'c cuts' will be made. Mount an entire head of cabbage onthe spiralizer and prep coleslaw in mere moments!

How to use:

1. Select your desired blade and insert laterally into the bladeholder. 

2. Make sure your spiralizer is securely suctioned to your worksurface by pressing down on each corner of the spiralizer base.

3. Select a food item to spiralize, then mount the item bypressing the center of the item onto the coring blade located atthe top center of each blade. Then slide the pronged attachment upand press into the opposite end of the item to secure in place.
