Called Curtis International regarding getting it repaired/replaced and an automaton spewed some company rhetoric about the warranty not covering "physically damaged" units. Last time I buy a Sylvania or any other Curtis International company product. While installing in the car, we were tightening it up so it was snug and clip on the back broke. We took it back to get a new one and installed it. The sound is horrible. You can't hear it unless you're going below 20 mph or stopped. The picture quality is very dark. My kids complained it was dark. Then... the clip broke on way home again. Nobody was messing with it, it just fell and I checked it out and it was the clip. I drive an older van and we live in the country so we travel at high speeds and in an older vehicle it isn't "quiet" like a new vehicle. The tv's are plenty loud for the kids to hear the movies and watch them while I still listen to the radio in the front. I saw someone wrote on a review that when you turn off the tv's and turn them back on you have to start from the beginning of the movie. In the main settings there is a memory option all you have to do is turn it on and the movie with resume playing where you left off. We have had the Tv's about 2 weeks now and use them daily. My kids are very happy with them and so are we! Within the first few weeks I had the following problems: -Clips for straps broke off -Screen would say "open" when the lid was closed. I had to jimmy rig the sensor. -Volume for second unit stopped working completely. -Lastly the main device completely died even when plugged in. Keep in mind I only got about 10 uses out of it and now it already needs to be replaced. Not happy! I have never had so many issues with a device within such a short amount of time. Honestly, I see a lot of people's concerns here and I can tell you there is a way around mostly all of them. The speakers are not that great, however if you have an audio input jack on your stereo you can plug the DVD players into it from the headphone jack on the main unit using an audio cable and the sound w
