I have a 2013 Subaru 5 speed and live in the city. I grew up driving with brody knobs and I finally got one for my car. I love it because it allows me to have full control over my car when making turns and to keep my hand on the stick shift because of the constant downshifting and upshifting in the city.Pros - Looks good, sturdy, and spins like a top.Cons- A little hard to install. It comes with rubber spacers to mitigate wheel size circumference. You just have to take your time and find the sweet spot for your car steering wheel and it fits snug and secure.Hope this helps!

I have purchased four of these now for every vehicle I have owned in the last five years. I will buy it every time I purchase a vehicle or when the old one wears out (none of them have). After receipt & install, and seeing Complaints in Reviews thought, "Send this back if it is that bad."I am 3 months and some 200hrs of driving, it is Not; Loosening, slipping, sliding, falling off spindle or any degradation except a "wear spot" on rubber trim. A great Product & Value. I love this thing. I drive a forklift at work and they have a power handle from the factory. I put one on my car and truck. I don't use them all the time but if you need to make a sharp turn, back into a parking spot, parallel park, etc. they will pay for themselves immediately.

Very solid, and sturdy. Turns nicely, with minimal friction. Two problems; its a pain to get on(but that's negatable, given that once its on, you most likely won't need to move it.), and that the thin rubberized coating on the sides of the knob started to wear off within a month or two, but it still works the same.

a real thin layer has peeled off around the edged almost instantly, but the mechanism is solid and despite what people say that it is not so easy to install, it is. A one screw installation can't possibly be that tough if the diameter is met.This make parking a breeze, bought it for my '92 Astro, I'm so glad I did. I checked like 8 models before returning to this one. I liked the looks too.

Great feel. Purchased for boat with destroyer wheel. Clearly not designed for a steering wheel with a slight oval profile, it still mounted after wrapping the wheel with rigging tape as a shim. Greatly improves the ability to turn from full rudder positions quickly.

Looks great, feels solid, spins easily. I had some slippage problems on a car with a softer steering wheel. Added another layer of padding and cranked down on the screw. I think it's working now. I ordered this to assist in making short turns. My partially incapacitated shoulder causes some problems making sharp u turns etc. This helps greatly. It was difficult to tighten firmly because my steering wheel is padded so it kept turning a bit. It helped to put a strip of non skid rubber covering used in drawers between the bracket and steering wheel (The rubber pads it came with allowed movement).

Makes steering easy as I have a shoulder impingement .It fit rather tightly over the wheel. I had to get help putting it on. It came with rubber underpadding so it won't mar the wheel. Once tightened it doesn't slip or wabble, just turns easily. Makes parking a breeze.Been using it for about 1 month, what a relief. Feels sturdy enough that it won't fall apart in a couple of months.Good buy for the money.

I've been using this wheel knob for a few months now on a 2010 International ProStar, and it works great. It's big enough that you can palm it and theres just enough space in between to grip it. The only negative is that the locking mechanism is kind big, even for a thick truck steering wheel. The rubber inserts are a pain to install, so I just ditched them and used some silicone rubber tape instead. Tight fit, but now the knob won't move even if I force it.

For my car (2016 Toyota Corolla) I had to remove the rubber ring on the inside just to get the handle to fit on my steering wheel. Not a big deal, but I have noticed it digging into my steering wheel more than I would like,but not enough to cause permanent damage.For the price, it's a great buy. There's a small bit of wobble in the actual turning handle piece, but the clamp holds very tight and has a very smooth turn to it.
