We take a lot of responsibilties for our products as much as we can, we try to check for defects on the product before shipping. you will have to send the item back to us (Singapore address) so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 2 days of receiving the product.
