Royal Jelly contains proteins, carbohydrates, fats, free amino acids, vitamins and minerals. It contains about 70 percent water, 15 percent proteins, 3 percent to 6 percent fats, and 2 percent to 3 percent vitamins, salts and amino acids. - This Tibetan Royal Jelly is Lyophilized, highly concentrated, freeze-dried powder. - It is important never to heat royal jelly because it will destroy all of the enzymatic properties and some of the proteins that make it beneficial for human consumption. -Store in a cool, dry location; Refrigeration not required.
