- YOU ARE CURRENTLY VIEWING OUR #3 (GREEN) BAND. This band measures 1 1/8" wide, 0.177" thick and 41" in length. It offers resistance from 40-80 lbs. The #3 band is used to assist with pullups and to obtain resistance with squat, deadlifts, weightlifting, leg presses, shrugs and more.
