Return, Exchange and Cancel Policy

Cancellation of orders are only allowed before shipment of the product
Returns and cancellations are not allowed when buyers change his/her mind because of sudden change in model preference
If customers are unhappy with the item due to manufacturing defects, photo evidence must be sent to seller via QTalk to justify and full refund/return including shipping cost will be beared by customer. However if customers requests for an exchange/refund due to a change of preference in design with NO manufacturing defects, full delivery cost will be beared by the customer.

All MrWatch products are parallel imports from and all parralel import means they are directly imported from the manufacturer which explains why our price are much lower than retail stores. We will offer full box including the case, warranty book and certificate of authenticity to customers who buy with the case option.

All MrWatch products will have a privilledged 1 year warranty! Warranty does not cover wear and tear. If upon receiving the item and it has manufacturing defect, a one to one on-site exchange will be done, international shipping costs will be covered too.

Returns are not allowed if the original package is damaged. Customers need to return the product in its original plastic wrap with all the box items including the tag, dust bag and shopping bag.
