Description

Jjimdak is a chicken dish braised in a sweet & savoury braising sauce. As this is a non-spicy dish, for those who want to make it spicy could add cut chilli according to your taste. 


Preparation

Fully defrost the stew.
Pour the content into a pot.
Add cut vegetables (potato, leek, onion, chilli) as per your preference.
Boil up for approx. 5mins or till the vegetables are cook.
