Directions
You Will Need: 1 cup water ? 1/3 cup of vegetable oil ? 1 egg PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place paper cups in twelve regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms of muffin cups (or use cooking spray). BLEND water, oil and egg together in medium bowl. Add mix and stir until moistened (batter may be lumpy). Do not overmix. Spoon batter into muffin cups, each about 2/3 full. BAKE 15-17 minutes until lightly browned and firm to the touch. Let cool in pan for one minute, then remove from pan and place on wire rack.
