Q: What is a preorder?
A: Preorder means that all items are not available in SG.
For every order we received, we will send to our supplier in Europe for processing.
Status of order will only be known near ETA date stated.
Please DO NOT join preorder if you are unable to wait.
Q: Are all items and colors available for ordering?
A: All items and colors are available for preorder.
However, order is not guaranteed and we do not know the item status until nearer ETA date stated.
If item is Out of Stock (OOS), we will refund you the full payment accordingly.
Q: Can I indicate my alternate color choice?
A: You may indicate your alternate color(s) (if any) in the memo, upon checkout.
Please indicate all your alternate colors in order of preference to avoid disappointment.
Q: When is the date for Self Collection?
A: ETA date does not mean the Collection date, it only refers to the date that item, if instock, will arrive in SG.
All buyers will be contacted via SMS within 2-3 days after item arrived in SG on the Collection date/time.
Q: What is the venue for Self Collection?
A: My void deck in Sembawang (approx 3min walk from Sembawang MRT)
Strictly no request for change of meet-up venue is allowed.
Please DO NOT choose Self Collection if you are not willing to accommodate to the available timing and specified venue
Q: I have selected Self Collection when I placed my order,
but I want to change my mind, what should I do?
A: You may email to spyuan00@gmail.com to opt for Personal Courier.
Top up $8 for the courier fee, either via bank transfer or COD is required.
Strictly no request for change of meet-up venue is allowed.
Q: Can I make changes after submitting my order?
A: You may email your changes to spyuan00@gmail.com and quote your Cart/Order Number.
For paid orders, changes are done at best effort basis, because the item might have already been shipped out.
