Switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius

It's easy to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius. When the thermometer is in off mode, press the "SCAN" button for 6 seconds and release. Either C or F will appear in the lower right corner of the display. Quickly press the SCAN button again and it will switch to the other mode.
