Suggested Use
Initial serving size: 2 tablets 3 times a day until symptoms subside.
Permanent serving size: 1 tablet 3 or 4 times a day.
It may take up to 10-14 days to feel the effects at which time you should switch from the initial to the permanent serving size. For best results take regularly as directed.
