nThe new Loon Fly Tying powders gives tiers the ability to add pigment, sparkle and weight to their tying cements. Available in Flash, Earthtone, Bright, Primary, Phosphorescent and Tungsten. They can be used to completely alter the appearance of a fly, or give a subtle flash. They are compatible with traditional cements as well as UV cured resins. Mix Fly Tying Powders with head cement or UV Clear Fly Finish. When you have your desired end product, apply it to the fly and cure.
