About Courier Services and Tracking of Orders

We only engage authorised courier co. to ensure your orders are in good hands. Do note that the choice of delivery co. will be dependant on the no. of boxes purchased by customers. Following are the allocations:

a) Kisho Courier: for delivery of 2 boxes and above per location

- An SMS notification will be sent to customer prior to delivery.

- A second delivery can be arranged if the owner didn't managed to collect the parcel during first attempt of delivery.

- Should there be a 3rd attempt of delivery, charges applies to the customer at $4.50 per trip in cash payment, alternatively, a self-collection may be arranged at 49 Tannery Lane Noble Logistics, #03-05, S(347796).

- If you have yet to receive your parcel within 10 working days, you may check the status by reaching to the courier co. at +65 6734 8563 during office hours, between Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm.

b) Qxpress Courier: for delivery of 1 box per location
