UMF Rating
The Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) quality trademark ranges from UMF 5+ upwards, depending on the intensity of non-peroxide antibacterial activity in the Manuka Honey. The higher the UMF, the higher its antibacterial potency.

UMF 5+ to UMF 9+ are low activity levels for general health maintenance and well-being
UMF 10+ to UMF 13+ are mid activity levels for better health benefits
UMF 15+ and above are superior levels with very high antibacterial activity
