*Items sold are not refundable.

*For an exchange, it it subject to stock availability and item that is in good original state. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the return item is dirty or physical damaged by you. All defective items must returned with original packaging and accessories.
*We strictly do not do exchange for : wrong items ordered by you, colour differences due to colour discrepancy varying from different monitor of different resolution, if you want to change to order colours.
*We are not responsible for wrong orders make by you. But we will ensure that the item order for you is correct based on your orders.

Shipping
 
*We will mail out your items within 3 working days via Q Express after payment is cleared. Q Epress usually takes 1 to 3 working days to deliver. If you miss the delivery, you will have to call Q EXPRESS to arrange re-delivery.
 
*When you order is dropped on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays, your order will be processed     on the next working days. 
 
*You can visit us at 1 ROCHOR CANAL ROAD,#03-24 SIM LIM SQUARE, SINGAPORE 188504 for store pick-up. Operating Hours : Mon - Thursday, 11am to 7pm,  Fri - 11am to 3pm.
 
*We are closed on SATURDAY,SUNDAY and Public holidays. We will not process any orders and collection on this period.
 
*All items are shipped from Singapore.
