In skin care, the Methi powder is used because of its exceptional soothing, antipruritic features on irritations. In Ayurvedic medicine, it's used to treat inflammation, irritated skin, dandruff and against premature hair loss. Stimulates active cell renewal of the skin and hair growth. Its effect is positive on superficial wounds, eczema, wrinkles and age spots. It absorbs sebum and ensures a matte skin.
As a hair mask: mix the powder with hot water (can also be mixed with other vegetable powders) until you get a cream and apply on the hair. Massage your scalp and then also spread into the hair lengths. After 15 minutes, rinse and wash your hair with a natural shampoo or Arintha powder.
For skin care: mix the powder with water or hydrolat and distribute evenly on clean skin (face and / or body). You can also add a high-quality tablespoon of pure oil and a drop of an essential oil of your choice. Leave on for 10 minutes (if you do not add oil, the dough will become dry), then rinse thoroughly with water. Then apply toner and a moisturizer.
