Short Note to Customer

WE DO NOT COMMUNICATE BY ANY OTHER METHOD THAN EMAIL. To get updates on your orders or for us to contact you when there is an issue with your order, please put your email in the comment area when you checkout. All queries/communication please sent to sales@onlineshop.com.sg.

Orders will be delivered within 2 working business days for residential addresses (eg, if you place your order on Friday, Sat and Sun is not a working day, Monday is 1 working day and Tuesday is the latest you will receive your item.)

All orders will be packed and picked up by delivery personal at 6pm from our office daily, subsequently the courier will call individual customer to arrange the delivery date and time.

Please do not hesitate to contact GMarket for all payment related matters unless direct payment arrangements, or for non delivery and mis-deliveries after 48 hours.
