Lots of chicken, fries, and other foods fit inside this big deep-frying basket. It's 11-1/2 inches in diameter and 4-1/2 inches high, so it needs to be used with a large pot or pan. Made of stainless steel, the basket has a plastic stay-cool handle that locks safely in place during use and then folds inside the basket for compact storage.
