SHIPPING DETAILS

Qxpress is the preferred shipping method. Shipping takes about 3-5 Working Days on average. We will always advise Qxpress to call you before delivery so that the delivery timing can be arrange accordingly.

We will proceed for shipping the next working day if you order after 10am. Orders before 10am will be process and send for shipping on the same working day. Working days are from Monday - Friday.

We also provide express delivery via Taqbin. It allows for next day delivery even on Sunday and public holidays.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We take a lot of responsibilties for our products. As much as we can, we try to check for defects on the product before shipping.

You may recieve your item in some cases where the packaging is opened and then resealed. This is becausewe will normally open up the packaging to check the items within. Please be assured that you item is new and unused.

For exchanges and returns, you will have to send the item back to us so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving the product.
