<li>5 Pieces 13.5 inches by 8.5 inches bamboo bread cutting board includes main slotted top and (2) 4.5 inches tall removable, slice thickness adjustable bamboo slicing guides, and one (1) cross brace for support and bread stop.</li>
<li>Slicing guides allow for 3 different slice thicknesses: .25 (1/4) inch, .50 (1/2) inch, and .75 (3/4) inch. Also, because the guides are able to lock in place or be movable, loaves as wide as 5.75 inches to as narrow as 1.75 inches can be sliced with guides in place. When not in use, the guides store easily inside the crumb catcher.</li>
<li>The built in crumb catcher easily collects the crumbs that fall from slicing and can easily be cleaned by removing the bread platform and wiping out the collected crumbs..</li>
