What is Shirataki?

Shirataki noodles are made from fiber of the Konnyaku Imo (konjac) plant. These noodles made from 97% water and 3% fiber are naturally low in calories. This natural fiber makes you feel full while still enjoying the satisfaction of eating noodles!

Suggested Use

Tear open pouch 1-2 inches and microwave for 60 seconds or heat on stove top. Mix well and enjoy!
