Chin and Jaw Muscle Exercise

1)Place the Neckline Slimmer in the starting position

 

2) Keeping the head still, slowly open your jaw to a comfortable range. Hold the jaw open for 2 seconds before closing the jaw fully.

 

3) Complete 3 sets of 10 repetitions each day. Rest 5 seconds between sets.

 

Tips for Best results

 

1) Adopt the correct head, neck and shoulder posture by keeping your shoulders back and head up

 

2) Use the tilting action of the head to flex the neck

 

3) Preset the jaw muscle by smiling a little when opening and closing the jaw.

 

4) Practice in front of a mirror when starting out to be sure you are adopting the correct posture and technique.

 

5) When using the Neckline Slimmer, always hold it firmly in place throughout the exercise so that the results are even.

 

6) Increase the strength of the exercises progressively by changing the power coils to that of higher resistance as the days pass.

 

7) Performing this exercise schedule twice daily or increasing the number of sets may accelerate the results.
