Here are some things you may want to know: 1. It connects to your TV with RCA cables (one video, one audio; not stereo). If your TV is newer like mine, it probably doesn't have RCA inputs. You have to purchase a composite-to-HDMI converter. It cost me more than the PacMan unit (although, I stress...still well worth it!!) 2. As others have mentioned, the cables are about 6 or 7 feet long. Just consider that with your TV setup. 3. Others have mentioned that this appears to be a left-handed unit because the joystick is on the left and buttons on the right. Could be true, but most of these games don't use the buttons - or don't use them often. So it turned out to be not that big of a deal. Here is what we experienced (and we are going to exchange the unit this weekend because of it). The kids will be playing along and the video will blank out. You can still hear the audio going. All you can do at this point is restart the unit. We've noticed it happens more on some games than others. PacMan, for example. But Mappy plays fine. Go figure. Now stop reading and just buy this thing! Seriously; twenty bucks. My family and I love the game of pac man and when I saw this I bought two. Just had to have one and felt my dad did too. We are very happy with it and both work well. To the person who said it's hard to hold when using that.... (Original arcade games there is no holding, seems that would be a bit awkward). MAPPY! Dig dug! So many great games... It hasn't been more than a day but if it gets hot and the batteries melt I'll write another review but it's amazing so far. For the price.... You can't beat it. Worth a try!!
