The applicator is rubber and unlike many, it doesn’t taper to a point, which could be a deal breaker for some, but I’ve had so much practice I can create a sharp wing in no time. Of the liquid liners I’ve tried, this one takes longest to dry out: with daily use, I must only repurchase twice a year. I have dark brown hair and lashes so I go for Brownish Black and can even go without mascara if I’m rushing and it’s seamless. It’s dark enough that it’s not noticeably brown, but creates a less harsh look than a jet black liner would. I’ve also cried many times in it, and it only comes off if you rub your eyes (lazy me loves this- add water and you don’t need makeup remover! Disclaimer: I don’t condone eye mistreatment:P).
