1.       Shipping transit time (the time it takes to deliver the goods from the actual ship date) for express couriers (UPS， FedEx， and etc ) usually takes 2-4 working days. HK post will need about 7-15 working days.

Return Policy
Return Policy: All DOA (defective on arrival) products (excluding products that has physical damage during shipment or personal damage， which is only covered by the optional shipping insurance) need to be reported within 7 business days from the purchase date.
