Chateau Le Plantou (Appellation Bergerac Controlee)

Tasting Note:

Chateau Le Plantou is a wine typical of its appellation. This wine is robust and full of chann with notes rather fiuity wine due to the dominance of Cabernet Franc.

Food Pairing:

This wine is an ideal accompaniment to grilled beef or pork or to medium-spicy dishes.
Chateau Riffaud (Appellation Bordeaux Controlee)

Tasting Note:

Fantastic balanced Bordeaux. Full flavor but not over powering or too rich, it has a longer finish but isn't intrusive. Dark fruit on the nose, little lingering spice on the tail.

Food Pairing:

Excellent for pairing, from top notch Antipasto and charcuterie and a solid burger at a BBQ, this wine can be appreciated by a wine connoisseur or an every day wine appreciator.
Chateau Roquecave (Appellation Bordeaux Superieur Controlee)

Tasting Note:

It shows a beautiful cherry red colour. The nose reveals cassis and licorice aromas. In the mouth, Chateau Roquecave is opend and large. The finish is pleasant.

Food Pairing:

Served at room temperature, it goes perfectly well with red meat and cheese.
Chateau Fondarzac (Appellation Bordeaux Controlee)

Tasting Note:

This red Bordeaux is a lovely, brilliant, young colour, with a really fresh, fruity bouquet. It is crisp and flavourful on the palate as well as full-bodied and soft. Its spicy, green-pepper aromas follow through in a nice, fruity aftertaste.

Food Pairing:

A Bordeaux to enjoy with white meat stews, roast chicken, cold buffets, and most medium-flavoured cheeses.
