To replace 1 whole egg: Add 2 teaspoons (6g) egg replacer + 2 tablespoons (30mL) water. To replace 1 egg white: Add 2 teaspoons (6g) egg replacer + ½ tablespoon (15mL) water. To replace 1 egg yolk: Add 2 teaspoons (6g) egg replacer + ½ tablespoon water Free OfGluten, wheat, egg, dairy, yeast and soy
