You will receive 3 of each of the 8 character rings pictured-for a total of 24 rings. I am sorry but i cannot accept special requests for certain rings, i can only send as described.
You can place on top of a cake or cupcake, or use them as party bag fillers. They are actual plastic rings the kids can wear.
