This hard shell case''s exterior is made of a dense, injection composite plastic for superior external protection against blunt forces, drops, dings and other unforeseen mishaps that can befall your dj controller deck. Two dense .5'' foam convoluted foam inserts line the interior lid and bottom of the case to provide cushioning and padding to the controller deck, knobs and buttons. There is also a 17'' x 2.25'' x 1.75'' foam base insert that provides stability and holds the bottom of the controller up in the case to reduce tension on knobs and provide additional impact protection if the case is dropped while carrying it. This helps reduce pressure and tension on the controller knobs.
