We just strapped it under his chin and that helped him cope through the pain of an abscessed tooth. When he was improved, I decided to give it a go to help with some sinus presser. What I got was most unexpected. I have fibromyalgia, which leaves me with pain induced insomnia. My muscles tense up so much from a lack of restful sleep, that there are days that I can no longer walk on my own accord. With this mask, I am able to achieve restful, restorative, REM sleep. This mask has been the catalyst to bring me out of a flair and I have been moving ever so much better since starting to use it. I recommend washing under the faucet after each use- don't want to end up with a build up of bacteria resting on your eyes for long hours since the nature of the plastic does not allow for your skin to breath.
