How We Pack Used Refurbished Monitors:

1. To Protect the item, we put a film on the screen and bezels.
2. Provide a dual link DVI-D cable, power adapter, a US Plug, and a power cable. All components are wrapped and tested.
3. To prevent any damages during shipment, we use secure air-cap on the monitor.
4. For extra safety, we wrap the box again to prevent any damages during shipment.


* Policy

- Might have some dead pixels. Please be aware that dead pixels cannot be reasons for return or replacement.
- Monitors get tested before shipped out. However, in rare cases may have small light bleeding by the nature of manufacturing. This does not cause any major problem for user but the light can be shown in the dark place. Please consider it before making the purchase.
