Products in the Pro IQ range are handmade of 100% recycledaluminium at our factory in Denmark. The Pro IQ range is suited forall cooktops, including induction. Aluminium is not magnetic and isthus not induction compatible. Therefore we cast a steel disc inthe base of the Pro IQ products with a special casting technique,assuring an optimum and even heat distribution. We cast ourcookware in aluminium for several reasons. Partly because aluminiumis an excellent heat conductor, partly because it is a lightmaterial - an aluminium frying pan weighs considerably less and iseasier to handle than a cast iron frying pan.

2. SCANPAN product is guaranteed against manufacturing faults &material defects.
3. The SCANPAN is guaranteed not to crack, peel or blister. Ifproperly prepared, cleaned and maintained, nonstick properties willnot deteriorate over time.
4. This warranty does not cover damage or destruction caused bymisuse, abuse, accident, overheating, alteration or commercial use.This warranty does not cover stains, discolorations, scratch orscuffmarks, or dents. This warranty does not apply if the care andmaintenance instructions published in our literature and on ourwebsite have not been followed. Incidental and consequential damageare expressly excluded by this warranty. This warranty does notcover glass lids, consumable parts, etc subject to wear and tear.
