Open all straps and place thumb through opening with gel cushion facing palm.Secure end of middle strap around wrist to opposite side.Then fasten the other two straps by securing to opposite side.Adjust tension of all straps as needed.
Care Instructions:Remove metal splits and close fasteners prior to washing.Hand wash with mild soap in water (not hot) water.Rinse well and air dry.Do not machin wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
