Advance check-in (walk-in passport details submission) - same address as above
★ Any 1 traveller/leader can walk-in to do advance check-in (up to 3 months in advance) with these 2 items:
- all passport details (photo/photocopy is ok)
- all physical ferry tickets (received in Singpost Registered Mail)
★ With advance check-in, confirmed boarding passes will be issued on-the-spot.
- You can go straight to immigration on the day of departure (30 mins prior to departure).
- Advance check-in is compulsory for travel during public holiday (no online submission of passport details).

Important details
If you had submitted your passport details online, and missed your check-in deadline (75 mins prior to departure),
you can board the next available ferry with a counter amendment fee of S$3/ticket.
All ferry tickets must be utilized by 30 April 2017.

General conditions
Visa application (where applicable) and personal travel documents are the sole responsibility of travellers.
Tickets should always be treated like cash, there is no recourse for a refund or replacement if they are lost or stolen.
No refunds or cancellations are allowed upon successful payment.

Singapore Post conditions
Orders that have selected Singpost registered mail (no self-collection) must provide a complete mailing address during payment.
Uncollected/returned mail (subject to Singpost accurate return to our office) can be processed with additional payment.
