Why do you need car seal

All parts of car body have edges and gaps. Under high speed conditions, air flows along the body surface, gaps and edges of the structural metal causes wind noise and drag. The production of high end car will take into account continuity of curves of car body parts, slope of curve, aerodynamic of car, but not so for economy car. Due to the fuel economy standards for the new car, car manufacturer took out unnecessary design to lighten the load of vehicle.

As car aged, car seal deterioriates due to wear and tear and extreme weather condition. Replacing the original car door seals sound logical , but often seem way too expensive to replace.

Noiseblok Car Seal have good elasticity and outstanding heat, ozone and weather resistance. It has a wide temperature range of -40°to 120°. EPDM rubber foam exhibit good sealing performance, sturdiness and durability.

Original 3M double-sided tape, world renown for its superb quality and unique adhesion and stress dispersion characteristic, is use to adhere the car seal firmly to car door.

After applying force to stretch the rubber seal , Noiseblok windseal length is set at 21cm, elongation rate is 5%. Other brand car seal length is set at 22.3, elongation rate is 11.5%. Resilience and tensile strength affects the sound insulation effect. The above test shows that Noiseblok windseal resilience and tensile strength is grade above other competitor products.

Reminder :

Noiseblok Windseal is produced from natural EPDM rubber material, light odor, environmental friendly. Some factories added additive like softener, promoter and preservative, which are harmful and gave off strong odor.
