Payment
1. All payment are through GMarket (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Paypal, etc)
2. We do not accept direct payment from customer.
Shipping and Handling
1. All orders will be shipped directly from Singapore through Singpost once payment has been made.
2. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and additional 5-7 business days for overseas shipment.
3. Local shipment usually takes about 1 to 2 working days (exclude weekend and public holidays) to arrive at destination.
4. Most of the items are plastic-wrapped to prevent stain and damage during handling.
5. We recommend Singpost SmartPac (http://singpost.com/send-documentparcel/smartpac.html) as our preferred shipping method.
6. Do note that Singpost does not deliver in the evening and weekend. They do not call before delivery and they will put your item in your mailbox.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Policy is applicable under the circumstance that we have delivered a defective product.
2. All sales transactions are final, thus we do not entertain any refunds or exchange request.
3. Under all other circumstances, a one-for-one exchange will be provided.
4. All items to be returned must be done so within 7 working days after the item has been received. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.
5. Returned items must not have been washed/worn and must be in brand new condition.
6. Should we find the returned item not defective as aforementioned, item will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.
7. In relation to the the case where the item is not defective, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be refunded and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned.
8. Rynetees will at its best effort ensure that our products are in good quality, however from time to time due to the nature of the apparel products, there may be defects which we omitted, do bear and inform us. We will do a replacement for you base on our exchange policy.
9. All defects must be reported to us within 7 days upon receive of item(s).
10. For defect(s), the defective piece(s) must be returned to us for any exchange.
11. We do not entertain exchanges due to sizes or colours.
12. In the event of any defect(s), we will make an exchange to identical item.
13. In event of the item being out-of-stock, we will allow exchanges to another item. For exchanges to an item of lower value, we will keep any difference as credits. Top-up may be required for items of higher value.
14. If you did not receive the item that we have shipped out: notify us by email (sales@rynetees.com), we need you to self collect at our shop (only) at our pre-arranged date/time. We will not mail the item again, this is to prevent "another lost claimed".
