Regulating Tonal Base

Shades
Control Base are three colour correcting primers which utilizes IPSA’s unique Lighting Formula to add red， blue， and yellow shades to the skin. They balance the uneven reflection of light off the skin and correct the underlying dullness resulting from skin issues.
