When they arrived, one shoe was missing the bow. I tried them on and even though I ordered them one size up, they were still very tight, uncomfortable and high. The are not as cute as they appear online. I wish I could send them back, but unfortunately I live outside of the US and it would not make sense to pay to send them back.
