Prior ito using Cetaphil, I was getting red spots on my forehead and around my nose. All this despite the claims by other companies that their lotion would not do that. Just to let you know, the other lotions were top of the line brands with the same claims as Cetaphil. They weren't even close!! With Cetaphil, I didn't experience any waxy, heavy film either. All I can say is that trying is believing!!!!!! PS. Use a small pea-size amount for your face.
