Local Blenheim apricots with a dash of chopped apricot kernels make this a bright jam with an almond undertone and lots of whole fruit pieces. The sunny flavors is perfect with yogurt, and pairs well with strong cheeses. Our artisan pickled vegetables and preserved fruits are made in small batches from organic seasonal vegetables source exclusively from local farms.
