While it looked like it would be a great deal, a neat toy for my son at a totally reasonable price. WRONG It broke, literally 15 minutes after it was taken out of the box. It flew up off the ground, about 4 feet, then when it fell to the grass, two blades broke in half. Trying to contact the company to find replacement blades was an absolute nightmare. The "customer service" for World Tech Toys consisted of short, one line responses via email, that were more "text speak" than anything. No "sorry" or "how can we help you?". This toy was a total waste of time and money. My son is heartbroken that it broke before getting to play with it. I glued it back on, and after using the copter for a second time, another blade broke. This product is flimsy, not easily controlled and is now worthless. The most amazing thing about it was the lights coming from the helicopter, making it look a real one, which made my son feel like a pilot, which is also his dream growing up. Therefore, someone can say that I made his dream true at young age ha ha! My kid controls it with the remote, and when it propels like the real one, makes him feel good. It is of very poor quality. My son used this one time and the coaxial wings broke on it. I contacted the manufacturer and they want me to send the entire helicopter back to them. Twice I asked how I can purchase additional wings and they will not respond to me. Very poor customer service is included with your purchase of this poor quality helic
