The flavor is intense but has a slight banana aftertaste. Shake is thick. Satisfies my hunger between not having time to eat breakfast and lunch. I ordered online and did not like the way it was packaged. It was in a box loosely bouncing around with some shampoo I ordered at the same time. The four pack cardboard holder tore. Hate the packing from Wal-Mart. The last 2 shipments I've received had busted containers in them, and I'm yet to receive replacements. This experience is new to my last 2 orders.
