Our "cheap and good" chemical wash job scope includes:
Step 1 - Checking and washing of aircon cover
Step 2 - Checking and washing of filter
Step 3 - Checking, brushing and spraying chemical on fan coil (No dismantle of fancoil unless upgrade to chemical overhaul)
Step 4 - Checking and washing of blower with clean water(Most aircon company don't clean)
Step 5 - Checking and spraying chemical into drainage pipe to clear dirts and clogs
Step 6 - Checking, clearing and washing of water tray
Step 7 - Checking of gas pressure (Not necessary to top up unless required)

NOTE: Price stated is for one unit

Additional services (Cash payment to technician):
- Gas top up (range $50-80)
- Upgrade to chemical overhaul(Below 15000BTU) ($50 per unit)
- Upgrade to chemical overhaul(Above 15000BTU) ($100 per unit)
- Condenser (outdoor unit) wash ($50 per unit)
- Capacitor replacement ($100 per capacitor)

*Warranty: One month from the date of servicing*
