Functions Instruction:
P-1: Charging monitoring: when the voltage is lower than V1， relay closes; opens when higher than V2;
P-2: Discharging monitoring: when the voltage is lower than V1， relay closes; opens when higher than V2; 
P-3: Interval close: relay closes when the voltage is between V1-V2， otherwise relay opens;
P-4: Interval open: relay opens when the voltage is between V1-V2， otherwise relay closes;
P-5: Error calibration and delay time setting， relay will not work in this state.
