继一年前的国语 专辑《萝拉》后，新加坡实力派女唱将陈洁仪终于推出全新广东专辑《麻醉》！这半年多来陈洁仪弃歌从影，主演了香港无线电视台高收视连续剧《妙手仁心Ⅱ》， 也因为这部剧集的播出，陈洁仪在香港的人气扶摇直上，于是决定借势推出一张粤语唱片，专辑的同名主打歌“麻醉”也顺理成章的成为《妙手仁心Ⅱ》主题曲。另 一主打“不知不觉”则是陈洁仪与林保怡继“妙手仁心 Ⅱ”后再度合作合唱，俩人戏里戏外合作的都十分开心。
希望重塑在乐坛的辉煌的陈洁 仪，此次造型以性感示人，力图再次唤起大家的注意力。为了呈现出性感美艳的造型，陈洁仪除了耗费数万元购置5套不同款的打歌服外，更穿著轻薄春装顶着严寒 低温拍摄专辑封面照，就算感冒也在所不惜。而一向喜欢猫的她也大胆尝试了电影《蝙蝠侠大显神威》中女主角的猫女造型，一身黑色皮衫裤令人耳目一新。
ABOUT KIT CHAN
Kit Chan is a Singaporean singer and actress.
Chan studied in Raffles Girls' School, Raffles Junior College and Lasalle-SIA College of the Arts. During Chan's six-year hiatus from the music scene from 2004 to 2010, she returned to LaSalle as a mature student. She wrote a thesis on the psychology of performance and graduated with first-class honors.
In 1998, Chan was appointed as the first National Youth Ambassador for Singapore's National Youth Council, promoting moral values and a spirit of volunteerism among youths in Singapore, which she served for two years. From 2001 to 2004, she served as a council member with the National Youth Council. Chan was honoured in 2002 by the Commonwealth Youth Programme Asia Centre with an Award for Excellence in Youth Work.
She is also the ambassador to the Christian relief organization, "World Vision".
In 2007, Chan was appointed to the board of the National Heritage Board, for a two-year period to reach out to Singapore audience and link with the creative industries.
