Yes (1) No (1)Flag as Inappropriate GREAT BUT BE WARNEDI took this for the very first time yesterday and now for the 2nd time today so im writing based on 2 uses. WOW!!!! within 10 minutes of taking this im on fire! i am literally burning. It starts in the top of my ears then works its way to the rest of my face, my biceps forearms and wrists. Also my groin is burning!! Yesterday i would say it all calmed down within 20-30 min after taking it. I have not done today's workout as Im waiting for this burning to calm down but yesterday i got the greatest workout in. I was able to do 1 minute long treadmill interval sprints for the first time ever and as an obese woman over 200lbs to me that says a lot. I have been on a weight loss journey for a year now but im still over 200 lbs and have never been able to run for a full minute so would i recommend it YES HOWEVER you have to be willing to deal with the burn first then go lift your car or climb a mountain, conquer the world or just simply run a 5 minute mile. SMILE oh lastly i like this too because there are NO jitters compared to another product i was using before. ONce i get over the burning i feel fine. Was this review helpful?
