-        -  Delivery takes 3 - 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).  If a particular item is out of stock, delivery could take 7 - 10 working days. 

-        -  All items are carefully checked for defects before being sent out.

-        -  For Singpost normal mail, there is no tracking available.  We will not be liable for any loss or damage through normal mail option. 

-        -  For Singpost registered mail, tracking is available.  You are strongly encouraged to select this option as it ensures delivery to the addressed party.  If proof of shipment is required, please select the Singpost registered option.

-        -  Singpost will issue a delivery advice if delivery is unsuccessful.  Unclaimed mails will be returned to us by Singpost.  You will be responsible for the shipping cost for us to resend if unclaimed mails are returned to us.

-         - We will offer an exchange if it is due to oversight on our part.  For example, we have sent out an incorrect item.  Please contact us immediately and return the item to us within 7 days.  Kindly send us the item including the packaging.
